Virtual Assistant
Where it all began — inboxes, calendars and client care. I learned how a business actually runs day to day, and how much a calm, organised hand is worth.
I'm the one-woman studio behind Hankerism, and I help small businesses in three connected ways — web design, automation, and virtual assistance. So your site looks lovely, your busywork runs itself, and the day-to-day stays handled.

I didn't start out building websites. I started out keeping other people's days in order — and kept reaching for the next useful skill whenever a client needed more.
Each step built on the last. Today those layers stack into one person who can run your operations and build the things that run them.

Moved closer to the work that grows a brand — content, social and campaign admin. I started thinking about audience and outcomes, not just tasks.
Learned to build the thing itself. HTML, CSS and JavaScript turned ideas into real pages — designs that look lovely and are genuinely nice to use.
The natural next step: wiring everything together so it runs without me. Forms, follow-ups and hand-offs that quietly take work off the plate.
Most people pick a lane. I sit in the overlap — and that's exactly where good-looking sites meet how a business really runs.
Understand websites — layout, type and a pretty front end. But not always what happens after someone clicks.
Understand operations — the inboxes, follow-ups and systems behind the scenes. But not always how to build them.
Because I've lived on the operations side and the build side, I can make websites that don't just look good — they support the real workflows behind your business. The form connects to the follow-up. The booking lands in your calendar. The pretty page actually does its job.
The tools I actually reach for to build, automate and keep things running — pinned up scrapbook-style.
A website that finally fits, an automation that takes a task off your plate, or a steady hand on the day-to-day — tell me what you're working on and we'll figure it out.
